As a Registered Nurse, I am not here to tell you how to feed your baby.  I am here to support you. First, I will perform a thorough assessment. Then, I will provide education and support to help you overcome challenges and achieve your feeding goals.

Feeding support package

This package is for families who need consistent support to overcome the struggles they are having with feeding, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and formula. My goal is to help take the stress out of feeding your baby.

This service includes:

  • 60 minute consultation (virtual or in-home)
  • Comprehensive feeding plan and eBook
  • 7 consecutive days of follow-up email support

Weaning Support Package

Weaning from breastfeeding can be stressful, both physically and emotionally. Your weaning journey deserves support too.  I will help make the process easier for your whole family.

This service includes:

  • 30 minute phone assessment and consultation, where I will help you create a plan to get your child transitioned from the breast, and onto a nutritionally recommended alternative
  • Daily email support for seven consecutive days
  • Comprehensive weaning eBook

This express 20 minute visits includes:

  • A flange fitting
  • a live pumping session where you can trial a couple flange inserts (home visits only)

During this 60 minute workshop I will provide you with evidence-informed breastfeeding information and tips, which will leave you feeling confident and excited to get started. Topics covered include:

  • What to do if your infant won’t breastfeed

  • Pumping in the postpartum period
